Greta Thunberg is TIMEs 2019 Person of the Year. The 16yearold climate activist is the youngest person to receive the influential distinction, and the magazine says she represents the power of Greta first gained global attention in August 2018 when she protested outside of Swedish parliament. This past September, she lead the largest climate change demonstration ever, and gave a passionate speech at the UN. Summer Delaney has more on the remarkable teen.
