They sing El Cumbanchero by composer Rafael Hernández (El Jíbarito). This Puerto Rican quartet also known as Los Borincanos, performed with Elvis Presley in two movies; they were on the soundtrack of Girls, Girls, Girls and Fun in Acapulco.
