Â100 cash prize is on offer for this cartoon competition and other consolation prizes. This is the second of ten cartoons by Poy the famous cartoonist. The cartoon represents the title of a wellknown play. The competition entrants have to guess the answers to all ten to be in for a chance. Simply send a postcard to Pathe s, 103 Wardour Street, London C, U of Poy as he rolls out his piece of paper preparing to draw. Through stop frame animation we see the drawing take shape. It seems to represent a cricket match between Knights and The knight in the crease says: Gadzooks Bowled as the ball hits the stumps. Poy signs the cartoon at the bottom.
