I WOKE UP AT 5 AM FOR 30 DAYS (it almost broke me)
Waking up at 5 AM for 30 days straight turned out to be an enormous challenge. We had to shift our entire morning routine so that we could wake up early and be as productive as possible before the summer heat took over. Throughout the monthlong challenge, we got to experience both the disadvantages and benefits of waking up early.
