Bugs Bunny 160 Wild And Woolly Hare

Wild and Woolly Hare is a 1959 animated short starring Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam. It features Bugs in a Western setting, again saving a town from Yosemite Sam in a duel with trains. The short opens in the town of Canasta Flats in 1889 pulling past the Last Chance Saloon and the Next To The Last Chance Saloon and into the Fat Chance Saloon, where the patrons hang out. A mustached cowboy tells his friend that he hears that Yosemite Sam is in town, but his friend makes up an excuse about leaving a cake in the oven and flees. A cardplaying cowboy tells his friend that Yosemite Sam is swinging his fastest gun of the West. Injun Joe tells them that Yosemite Sam has never met him (later to die in a shootout against the latter).
