American Big Gun (1926)

A group of men run to, then climb onto a large military vehicle which incorporates a large gun. Issue sheet states that it is an American weapon. The gun fires and a large amount of smoke fills the sky. Shots of the vehicle as the gun is lowered and aimed. Two young boys watch as shells are lifted on to the vehicle. C, U of the end of the gun. Men load the shells (they are not in military uniform). The gun is raised (unusual shot from underneath barrel) and fired lots of smoke. Was an American Pathe News item.
