Glaxo Smith Kline: GSK investigator warns over China BBC News
A British corporate investigator who was jailed in Shanghai in relation to a massive corruption case against British pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline has told the BBC he was shocked that he and his wife received a custodial sentence while senior GSK staff convicted of more serious charges did not. At the time the company did however pay fines of around 500 million.
