Train nearly misses homes after derailment in North Texas

AUBREY, Texas A Union Pacific freight train went off the tracks Wednesday morning, nearly hitting several homes in North Texas. The incident happened around 9:30 a. m. in a neighborhood in Aubrey. Video shows at least eight freight cars piled up along the tracks, with some of the cars missing hitting homes by a few inches. The derailment has blocked roads into the area. Union Pacific is investigating what caused the train to jump the tracks. No injuries were reported. ,Texas , Train
