Drawing a 20 min pose

Learn to take your drawing beyond a fast sketch, and make a beautiful study of the figure in just 20 minutes. In this video I share my process for drawing a 20 minute pose, and how I use fast gesture to start out, and then slow down with a detailed contour line. This approach helps you to achieve accuracy, but also keep your dynamic and expressive lines. The finished drawing doesn t have to be photorealistic to be a powerful and beautiful drawing. This approach is great to develop your mark making, as well as your observation.
