Ukraine claims Black Sea fleet commander has been killed

Ukraine has claimed the commander for Russia s Black Sea fleet was killed in an attack last week on the fleet headquarters in the Crimean port of Sevastopol. Sky s security and defence analyst Professor Michael Clarke says it looks very likely that Admiral Viktor Sokolov died.
