PATIENT ZERO A Half Life Short S2 FM

Resistance members set an ambush for the Combine in the abandoned outskirts of City 17. A very short explanation behind this custom Combine model for my fellow obsessive weirdos. As stated in the intro it s 1 year after the events of HLA and 4 before HL2; and so I wanted to create something that could be the missing link between the wallhammer and HL2 shotgunner. That is the long and short of it. I hope I managed to find a good balance with the design and it comes off as believable given the context. This project itself started out as a Hey let s make a very short trailer for my custom Combine model so it obviously grew into the most complex project I ve done so far.
