In a shooting competition, gun lover Rick meets Serious Crime Unit s Ah Miu. Each recognizes the other as his own competition. At the victory deciding moment, a madman opens fire in the crowd. Rick kills the madman with one shot and tastes the joy of killing for the first time. Three years later, a murder case in which the killer opens ten shots in five seconds shocks the police.
