Nonetailed Hawk is seen in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona March thru September. Often mistaken for a vulture in flight because it soars like vultures and looks nearly the same. Only the narrow white bands on it s tail will normally give it away. Pat O Neil Birding Excursions Videos shot in Texas
