Here s what the last few minutes of 2013 looked like at L. A. City Hall. The energy of some 20, 000+ people was pretty amazing, even if the event was too successful to handle the crowds, which spilled outside Grand Park. My prediction is that this event will become a staple of New Year s Eve in Los Angeles and it will get better each year and have boundaries well beyond Grand Park.
