One of our teaching methods, at Lotus Palm, is called the Shadow Dance (or, Distant Thai Massage Transmission). Because it s not always easy to find someone to practice with, we are taught to practice as though someone were there: to picture them, to focus your intention and send them all your metta. Then, when the massage is finished, you call them up and ask them how their massage was (and tell them they owe you 60 bucks) :) Felix, this one s on the house.
