How to Paint Maguro Sushi in Watercolors ( Loose Wet on wet Technique)

Here s a demo (sped up 2x) of how I would paint a piece of Maguro Sushi in watercolors. I used a combination of wetintowet and wetondry techniques. I m utilizing the medium s fluidity so this is a loose impressionistic style the result is not meant to be photo realistic.
