nina Dior beauty lessons A few months ago, we filmed this and if only I knew then what I know now. The only constant in life is change. Those words have never rung more true. Were living through a very unique moment in history, with a lot of change and turbulence. Every day is a new challenge, with ups and downs and Im doing my best to embrace all this gracefully. Im really trying. And I have to remind myself that the only thing I can control at this moment is me, how I feel and how I react to things. That doesnt mean its easy, but Im looking for daily silver linings. Reading a lot. Cooking. Working on my mental health. Connecting with loved ones over FaceTime. Picking up new hobbies at home.
