Monday: 3x6 Two fingers assisted one arm handstand pushups (I can do with one finger, but I want to be able to do more repetitions with two fingers before using one finger in training) 2x4 Isometric one arm chinup holds with a weighted bag (2025 lb, it contained more than just the 10 lb dumbbell) 3x3 Crappy planche pushups.
