Space X Falcon 9 VAFB

Launch of the first Vandenberg AFB SpaceX Falcon 9 on Sept. 29, 2013 from a location 4. 1 miles North East of Pad SLC4E on Renwick Avenue off Ocean. Payload was Cassiope satellite and several smaller payloads. Small puffs from 1st Stage after staging are supposedly to orient the booster for a controlled water landing.
