Two Lynx in Ontario Have Intense Conversation
Nicole Lewis was driving on May 18 near Avery Lake, which borders Ontario, Canada, and the US state of Michigan, when she came across two lynx having what seemed to be some sort of territorial dispute. Lynxes are rarely spotted in Michigan but they are very common in the Dinorwic Region of Ontario, close to where Lewis spotted these two. Although it remains unclear exactly what the two lynxes were doing, as they are normally solitary animals, the interaction most likely had to do with claiming territory.
