Extracting DNA from strawberries and eating it

This video is a bit different and more on the biochemistry side. During my Biochemistry degree, this was one prep that always amazed me. I ll be extracting DNA from strawberries and then giving it a taste to see what it s like. Because I plan to eat it, I only use chemicals that are food safe.
