Valhalla Spirit of Nordic legends

The Nordic spirit is inspired by its nature. It is pure and vast, beautiful and rough. The dramatic temperature and light variations create a unique environment for plant growth when the season changes, plants have to adapt to survive. During the long period of maturation plants form complex aromatic compounds, particularly bitter and acidic components, which make them unique. For centuries, these conditions have also shaped the Nordic people and culture. A strong, honest and stoic character can still be found in people all over the region. This same character shaped our heritage, our folklore and our legends. This is also the inspiration behind Valhalla a blend of local herbs and bitters with the spirit of Nordic legends.
