Trying things cold exposure
Living in Canada (where it is cold at least 5 months out of the year) I m still not a big fan of winter, it was all about enduring it until spring comes, but this winter I was tried of enduring and I just wanted to embrace and then I started exploring Cold Exposure and I must it s life changing in many ways it s amazing for mindfulness, it boosts your immune system, fights inflammation, helps with bette sleep, it s good for metabolic health and increases will power.
