SQUARE PEG Animation

Little square Peg is trapped in a sad loop in his world of shapes. He can t figure out why the other squares and circles don t seem to understand him. Little by little he loses control and can no longer exist in the torturous cycle. The song Seven Hours With a Backseat Driver by Gotye has always been a personal favorite. Gotye does an excellent job building tension and anxiety over a period of time just by the sound cues in his music. I wanted to animate something to this song for forever, and every beat just seemed to match my idea for the story of this little shape man. I hope people can apply this shape man s struggle to their own life in whatever context they seem fit. There does not need to be any specific meaning, anyone can feel however they feel about it.
