Joan Colom

Joan Colom i Altemir (April 1921 3 September 2017) was a Spanish photographer. He was born in Barcelona. Colom was known for his portraits of Barcelona s underworld and working class, especially in the infamous neighbourhood of Raval. Colom was a selftaught photographer, and produced his bestknown pictures while working during the week as an accountant.
