Collin County officials release video of jailers restraining Marvin Scott III before his death

Video released by the Collin County Sheriffs Office shows jailers restraining Marvin Scott III before the 26yearolds death earlier this year. Scott was arrested in March 2021 for marijuana possession and died while in custody. The following video is edited from 41 minutes of released footage of what happened after the arrest.
