Sweet Mango Chutney Ingredient Quantity Raw Mango (Totapuri) 2 No. Water 1 ltr. Sugar 1 cup Black salt 1 Tsp Red chilli powder Tsp Fennel powder Tsp Dry ginger powder Tsp Black pepper crushed Tsp Kallonji Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Oil 1 Tsp Ginger chopped 1 Tsp Green chilli chopped 1 No. Cucumber seeds 1 Tbsp Saffron gm. Method: 1. Washed and peel the mangoes and Cut into long slices. Keep it aside. 2. Heat water in tope, add mangoes and cook for 56 min. 3. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 20 25 min. 4. After 20 min. add black salt, red chilli powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, black pepper crushed, kallonji and salt, mix well and cook for 45 min. 5. Heat oil in another pan, add chopped ginger and green chilli chopped, mix well and sauté for 30 sec. 6. Switch off the flame and add cucumber seeds and mix well. 7.
