One of the dresses is a copy of a 1908 style. L, S and M, S of a model looking at an exhibition stand of nylon goods. C, U of her hand as she strokes a yellow nylon petticoat. L, S and C, U of two women looking at nylon dresses. A couple look at rolls of fabric. Parachutes and stockings are mentioned by the narrator to emphasise the new uses to which nylon is being put. C, Us of lacy nylon. Display of nylon stockings and a bizarre machine which demonstrates how stretchy the stockings are. A stocking is pulled at one end whilst two metal prong stretch the top of the stocking. Make the word nylon plural and even the dumbest of blondes
