CW : I GOT BANNED , Scar L, H little montage

so i got 2 bans on 2 different accounts in 1 day lol, first was on my main account, 3 days for chat abuse called someone fucking trash xd and the other one which really makes me mad is my level 58 alt account ban which is Graphic hacks, i don t even know what that is and what caused it, and when i tried to contact developers i got an answer that its from reshade, well 90 of players these days use reshade. ... thing is with Admins, they never talk, we should at least know what are the causes for
