15 Minute Slider Workout ( Legs Butt)
This 15minute workout will target your lower body. All you ll need for equipment is a slider (dish towels work great ). It s essentially a mini, athome megaformer workout without the machine. We ll focus on the right leg glutes, center, and then do the same sequence on the left side.
