ON show more to reveal step by step written instructions ) STEP BY STEP: 00:00 Intro 1. 00:06 Remove the wheel. 2. 00:17 Remove the brake pads. 3. 00:32 Recommended: Clean the caliper with brake cleaner before you start. 4. 00:40 Spread the pistons with a PLASTIC tyre lever. Do not use metal tyre levers 5. 00:45 Insert the bleed block. 6. 00:48 Secure the bleed block. 7. 00:53 Attach the brass adapter to the 30 ml lever end syringe. 8. 01:01 Fill the caliper end syringe with 1520 ml of GOLD brake oil. 9. 01:21 Carefully push out the air bubbles. 10. 01:31 Remove the lever bleed port screw. 11. 01:43 Attach the lever end syringe. Do not overtighten. Keep the plug in closed position (approx. 5 full rotations). 12. 02:01 Remove the rubber cover of the bleed nipple. Clean the bleed nipple. 13. 02:08 Atta
