Janet Jackson Black Cat ( GUITAR COVER)

Over the years I ve occasionally mentioned my love for Janet, but when I say I love her, really I mean I love her AND Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis (their songwriting and production is always killer to me). Technically this track isn t one that involved Jimmy and Terry as much, but it features on the classic Rhythm Nation album that they made with Janet. That album is easily in my top 5 from a production standpoint alone. So, of course this is a more guitar heavy song anyway but I ve picked the mix that they used for the video as there are some more little guitar fills and licks in there and it made it even more fun to play. I believe it could be Nuno Bettencourt on this version but I think the solo is still David Barry. Transcription notes at my Patreon
