Everything Inside of Russia is Failing

Russia continues their attacks on civilian targets in Odesa, this time destroying a local supermarket. Russia s central bank has raised their interest rates to help prop up their failing currency, while all reports coming out of Russia show catastrophic failures of basic services for their people. A Russian warship also boarded a civilian ship in the Black Sea to film a video to hopefully scare away other merchant ships from sailing to Ukrainian ports to pick up agricultural exports.
