Burt Rutan designed this aircraft in the 70 s. Many kits were built. The powerplant is a 2 cylinder Onan Industrial engine, rated at 18 HP. This flight was made in the year 2000 at Tracy airport in NORCAL. EAA 663, based in Livermore was a mecca for Quickie aircraft, and still is to this day.
