Limequat ( Key Lime + Kumquat)
This was supposed to be a taste testing video, but we totally forgot to describe how the limequat tasted in detail. So, it was sweet and sour at the same time. The juice was sour. The rind was sweet and the outer skin was acidy. Per Wikipedia The limequat is a citrofortunella hybrid that is the result of a cross between the key lime and the kumquat, hybridized by Walter Tennyson Swingle in 1909.
