The hub includes a fullscale food processing facility, The Stir Kitchen, specializing in canning and dehydration. It offers specialty food processing and packaging equipment, a full commercial kitchen, dry and cold storage, warehouse space, a retail store, and a popup event space. The Stir also supports the Gardengate Training Centre with a stateoftheart commercial kitchen and the Kweseltken Kitchen, a mobile food processing trailer that services rural indigenous communities.
