We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Jennifer Jaff, the Executive Director of Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illnesses, who passed away on September 14. A fierce advocate for patient s rights, Jennifer was also a very dear friend to Mike McCready and his wife, Ashley.
