Homemade Sausage Cooked on Fire l Kielbasa ASMR

Hi, guys Today I am cooking homemade Sausages(Kielbasa). For this recipe, I used intestine, pork( it doesnt matter which part of the carcass you choose from, as it will still become soft during the cooking process). But be sure to add lard the sausage will turn out juicier. You can adjust the set of spices and add garlic depending on your taste.
