The Duchess of York (later Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother) gets out of a car to be greeted by local dignitaries. The Duchess inspects young women of a uniformed youth movement (not clear which one). The Duchess says a few short words to the gathered dignitaries and crowds. N. B.
