We begin the meeting with reviewing the nature of prophecy and what predictive prophecy really is as we prepare to delve back into our examination of the first chapter of Revelation. After a brief recap of our process of investigation, we take a question and then begin examining Revelation versebyverse. In this meeting, we look at Chapter 1 verses 15a and discuss such items as whether John the Revelator claimed to be an inspired messenger, how Jesus could be the first born from among the dead in light of the resurrection of Moses, as well as the identity of the seven spirits before the throne of God.
