Standing HIIT Workout 10 mins Day 5 Summer Shape Up Challenge
Standing HIIT, 10 mins workout, Cardio workout no equipment, Circuit Training Welcome to Day 5 After a day of stretching, it s time we jump back into smashing our goals, and do a cardio workout. This is a complete standing routine, designed to have no floor work. We will be going through a sequence of movements, with no repeats, aimed at burning calories, getting the heart rate up and have you sweating. No equipment needed and can be done at home or anywhere. Make sure to do a little warm up beforehand and a stretch afterwards which you can access in my community or my website below.
