Nanoscience and drug delivery small particles for big problems, Taylor Mabe, TEDx Greensboro
Getting sufficient therapeutic drugs to the precise disease cell would reduce the amount of medication required; reduce side effects; and enhance treatment. Mabe explores the use of nanoparticles for this purpose. Taylor is a doctoral student in the NC A T, UNC Greensboro Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering in Greensboro NC. His interests are in the delivery of medicines through nanoparticles to increase medication effectiveness and reduce side effects. This talk was given at a TEDx event us
