I remember when I first learned about coping mechanisms. I was putting toxins into my body because they made whatever I was going through feel like it didn t even matter, like it wasn t that big of a deal. I mean, I was too numb to decipher what caused it and what I should logically do, so that I can heal. Why some of us are born into this world without that survival idk. I ve done a lot of psychiatric research throughout the years, and not only is it one of my hugest passions, but it s something that rings close to home. Especially for the months that proceeded January 2020, I kept thinking about everything I ve learned. Today, I wanted to share some of the healthy coping mechanisms that have helped me stay SANE.
