First brew of Shan Lin Shi Hung Shui Oolong of winter 2013. (Strong roast) I m using an Yixing Dicao qing teapot and old qinghua cups. The tea leaves were rested a few minutes in a small qinghua porcelain jar. I preheat the teapot, the cups and then make the first brew in the company of Bach s Christmas Oratorio.
