Using a lifeline in your knitting

This is a preventative measure when doing lace work, or any knitting where unraveling and putting back on the needles properly would be tricky or impossible. If you re knitting with interchangeable needles, I ve invented a shortcut: insert dental floss into the tiny hole in your needle before knitting a row, and it will automatically insert the lifeline as you knit (skipping the need to use a tapestry needle).
