REMEMBERING SUSAN FOSNOT AN INCREDIBLE DOLL ARTIST AND TEACHER

It is with deep sadness that I heard of the passing of the great Susan Fosnot in April. She passed of cancer after a sixmonth battle. She was an incredible cloth doll artist and painter. Susan was a true artist who brought her unique vision to every piece she created. Her dolls were intricate, beautiful, and filled with character. Susan s impact on the world of dollmaking cannot be overstated. She was a master of her craft, and her dolls will continue to inspire and delight collectors for years to come. Her work was recognized and celebrated by many in the artistic community, and she was admired for her incredible talent and dedication. Beyond her art, Susan was a warm and kind person; I had the opportunity to interview her multiple times for YouTube. Her generosity and positive energy touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
