50 years ago (on 23 March 1964), the Beatles rocked the stage of the Ed Sullivan Show with Please Please me They had played on the Ed Sullivan show twice before, and we did a cover for each of their performances: I Saw Her Standing There and This Boy To celebrate their 3rd week on Ed Sullivan we did a new studio cover of this great song. However, to save some time we took the bass and drums tracks from a live record
