Easy, delicious Sabasushi (mackerel sushi roll) recipe Sushi is our soul food and I used to find myself craving it all the time as I live in France. But not anymore With this recipe, you can make delicious sushi at home anytime. Its wonderful to pair with Sake (off course ) and I think its taste is much fresher as I use lemon instead of vinegar to pickle mackerel compared to the normal Sabasushi. Normally, I use fillets of mackerel from Picard Frozen Food and defrost them in the refrigerator before cooking. This way, we dont need to worry about Anisakis parasites because its already frozen. sorry, I keep said the roller as Sumaki but it is actually Makisu.
