Matthias Dandois, Covid 19 BMX Workout
We can all agree this Covid19 situation sucks. And staying home is the best thing you can do right now. BUT Staying home does NOT mean sit on your couch and stare at your phone. I have had a workout routine the past 3 years that has helped me becoming a better BMX rider, preventing injuries and most of all staying in good shape.
