Turkey ghee roast Ingredients quantity For marination Turkey breast cubes 1no. Yoghurt cup Turmeric powder 1tsp Salt to taste For masala Cloves 45 no. Whole coriander seeds 2tbsp Black pepper 2tsp Saunf 1tsp Cumin seeds 1tbsp+ 1tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1tsp Dry red chilies 1520 no. Cinnamon stick 1no. Curry leaves 68no. + 68no. Ginger cubes 1inch Garlic 810 pods Tamarind soaked in water cup Water as required Ghee cup Onions chopped 2no. Salt to taste Jaggery powder 1tsp Coriander for garnish Method 1. First take the turkey breast and cut into small cubes. Wash the turkey, and put it in a bowl. 2. Now in a bowl add turkey, yogurt, turmeric powder, salt to taste and mix it properly and keep aside. 3.
